Market Introduction:

Vietnam covers an area of approximately 330,000 square kilometers, bordered by China to the north, Cambodia and Laos to the west, with a population exceeding 100 million. The country offers low labor costs, political stability, and rapid urbanization. Currently, Vietnam's urbanization rate is 35.21%, with the government aiming to increase the number of urban areas to 940 and the urbanization rate to 45% by 2025. Since joining the World Trade Organization, Vietnam has gradually opened its market, improved its investment environment, and experienced rapid growth in import/export and processing trade industries.

Following the amendment of the "Rental Law," which relaxed restrictions on foreign property purchases, Vietnam’s real estate market has experienced a new surge. The rise in real estate provides numerous business opportunities for related industries. According to relevant departments, Vietnam has around 350 elevator-related companies and over 1,700 individuals and organizations involved in the elevator sector. In 2023, the number of new elevators installed in Vietnam exceeded 35,000, including more than 6,000 complete elevator imports and 1.7 million parts imports. With increasing domestic and foreign investment, Vietnam's real estate market is rapidly recovering, making it a significant market among ASEAN countries.

The first Vietnam International Lift Expo was held in Hanoi in November 2019, attracting more than 70 enterprises from neighboring countries.

The second session in 2023 was held in Ho Chi Minh City, with over 100 enterprises from China, Taiwan (China), Japan, South Korea, Vietnam and other countries participating.

The third session in 2024 opened in Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. The expo gathered nearly 100 enterprises from Vietnam, South Korea, Japan, Germany, China and other countries. Vietnam Television and more than 30 local media followed and reported on the expo, which achieved good exhibition results.

The 2025 Vietnam International Lift Expo (VIETNAM INTERNATIONAL LIFT EXPO) opened at the SECC Exhibition Hall in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. After the opening ceremony, Chinese and foreign guests jointly inspected the exhibition hall and had in-depth exchanges with participating enterprises.

The 2026 Vietnam International Lift Expo (the 5th session) will be held at the new VEC Exhibition Hall in Hanoi from November 25 to 27.
